The fact that we install what we build keeps us in control of deadlines. Due
to the result of various construction delays throughout the building process,
having control gives us the option of working overtime when needed to
make sure we are on time. When signage is required to be shipped and
installed outside of our service area, Lovett Signs relies on its 70 plus years of
networked sub-trades. We ship to pre-qualified installation groups across
Canada and the United States.
Lovett Signs has some of the most strict installer policies in the industry.
Individual companies are screened on an ongoing basis to ensure they posses
the right equipment, knowledge and certifications to install any of our
products. After installation contractors are required to inspect and test each
completed and installed project. To ensure customer satisfaction of all
completed projects, Lovett Signs requires that installers take photos and get
proper signed off installation documentation detailing work completed and
start of warranties.

TThe role of the project manager is to coordinate the manufacturing and
installation processes to the customer’s requested specifications and product
quality, and to do so within the time constraints set forth by our customer(s).
By following the product through fabrication – including visual inspections
in the plant – the project manager is able to verify the quality control
procedures and status of the product.
